Carl Fourie
For the last 12 years my passion has been sport photography! I started my career in Australia with a dream job. I covered the Aus cricket side for 2 years.
On my return to South Africa in 1997 I settled down in Cape Town where I today cover all the sport events the mother city has to offer. Through sport & photography I have travelled the world, met all shapes & sizes, as well as experience the “highlights” of sport. When I’m not shooting I spent my time on my bike exploring our beautiful mountains around the Western Cape.
Gary Perkin
Gary Perkin is a Cape Town based photographer specializing in sports photography and more specifically cycling for editorial and advertising clients including Bicycling, Ride, Mountain Biker, Dirt, MBUK, Sports Illustrated, Mens Health, Specialized, SRAM, Fox & many more.
Thomas J Turck
Taking a photographic trip down under in 1994 lead to Tom’s first job and as a photographer for SA Sports Illustrated the next 5 years he consumed many rolls of film. The digital era came and Thomas got involved in the library side of things and set up a digital photo library/archive for Touchline Media. A couple of years overseas meant lot's of travel photography and starting a family (Thomas and Alnere' have three children) meant child & family photography became a big part of the equation.
Luke Walker
Having grown up on a farm in the costal town of Knysna, outdoor living has been my way of life. After school I set off on a two year sailing adventure around the world.
This is were I found my passion for photography and travel.
Back in SA I completed my National Diploma in Photography at the Ruth Prowse School of art in Cape Town.
I am currently the official photographer on the Sunshine Golf Tour and I divide the remainder of my time between other sports photography, yacht deliveries, surfing and riding my bicycle.
Karin Schermbrucker
Karin has a passion to take pictures that change people’s perspectives and open their eyes. A year-long trip through East Africa with UNICEF, documenting community projects in over 14 different countries, inspired her to follow her life-long journey and career as a photo journalist. Most comfortable behind her Canon, Karin is currently based in Cape Town, having started Slingshot Media with husband Rob. Their passion to tell stories takes them to all parts of the African continent. She also shoots for the Absa Cape Epic, Bicyling, Runner’s World, Wild magazine, MTN, UNICEF, and a number of different publishing houses and agencies. Her passion is “people”, and capturing the essence of humanity against a variety of backdrops, through the lens of her camera…
